Background & Family Life
Paul is a native-born Texan. In his earlier years, Paul took on the noble role of a teacher, imparting knowledge and wisdom to countless young minds. It’s in his nature to educate and guide, a trait that would later become a cornerstone of his business philosophy.
However, Paul’s adventures didn’t stop in the classroom. He’s also an avid traveler, exploring the nooks and crannies of this beautiful world we live in. Yet, amidst all his journeys and adventures, there’s one role that shines the brightest in his life – that of a devoted father. He proudly carries the title of a #girldad to a “fierce” second grader named Donya Jade, fifth of her line. He likes to say, “She’s living the barbie camper’s dream.”
“In a world where financial decisions can be overwhelming, Paul Leeman offers clients compassion and knowledge to make informed decisions with confidence. He is a dynamic retirement planner who offers clients a unique experience guided by a compassionate (and entertaining!) educator skilled in preparing individuals for the next stage in their lives. His love for learning and expanding his own knowledge is a testament to his dedication to helping others.”

Business Philosophy
Paul’s journey through life has been a rich tapestry of experiences, and it’s these very experiences that have shaped his business philosophy. At the heart of it all, Paul believes in doing the right thing, every time. This principle is the guiding star that leads him in both his personal and professional life.
As a retirement planner, Paul is committed to providing people with more than just financial advice – he also offers education about retirement planning services and solutions. This commitment is deeply rooted in his own story. In his early adult life, Paul didn’t have access to the knowledge and insights he now shares with his clients. He didn’t start planning for retirement until well into his adult years. It’s this personal journey that fuels his passion for helping others avoid the same pitfalls and uncertainties.
Paul’s eyes light up when he witnesses the “lightbulb moment” in people who begin to understand their financial future. He’s a firm believer that knowledge is power, a principle that harkens back to his days as an educator. He understands that financial planning can be intimidating, especially for those without a background in the field. That’s why he’s committed to simplifying complex concepts, guiding individuals through the intricacies of retirement planning, and helping make decisions that have a positive impact on the rest of their lives.
