Paul Hofland

Background & Family Life

Born and raised in McAllen, TX, Paul moved to Dallas at 23. Today, he calls Prosper, TX, home—a place where he says he finds solace in the simplest pleasures—crisp football afternoons and savoring slices of pizza that never lose their magic.

Yet, his favorite way to spend his time is with his wife of 15 years, Bria, and his daughter, Landry. Together, they have embarked on countless road trips that have weaved their way through the vast tapestry of America. From the rugged beauty of Banff to the tranquil charm of Maine, Paul’s family has made memories on many highways and byways.

“At the heart of Paul Hofland’s career as a retirement planner lies an honorable philosophy—a guiding light that illuminates every step of his professional journey. He believes in the power of honesty, in putting people above profits, and in empowering RPOA’s clients’ dreams through informed decisions. With a heartwarming commitment to education, Paul's mission is clear—to enlighten his clients, to demystify complexities, and to turn confusion into clarity.”

Business Philosophy

While Paul’s dream of being a schoolteacher might not have come to fruition, he still feels his role as an educator has been fulfilled in his work as a Retirement Planner. He believes his years of experience have helped him guide clients through some of the most vulnerable stages of life with wisdom and empathy. His mission isn’t just to manage finances, but to help clients obtain financial peace of mind. Paul strives to transform confusion into confidence, fear into hope, and complexity into simplicity each day in his role, which he says makes the journey a rewarding one he wouldn’t trade for anything.
