Pat and his loving wife, Lizette, have two wonderful children, Evan and Carenna. When not with clients, much of Pat’s life has revolved around supporting his children’s passions. Whether it was cheering from the sidelines at baseball games, football matches, or equestrian events, Pat was there, the proudest dad in the stands. With Evan and Carenna now off to college, Pat and Lizette are embarking on a new adventure together, ready to check off the items on their long-held bucket list. Travel tops that list, and they’re excited to explore new destinations and create cherished memories together.
And speaking of football, Pat’s love for the game extends beyond the high school or college field. You’ll often find him at Bryant-Denny Stadium, passionately cheering for the Crimson Tide football team. Both of his kids are pursuing their education at the University of Alabama, and the Mandola family proudly says, “Roll Tide!”

From a young age, Pat discovered his fascination with investing. His unwavering commitment to this field eventually led him down the path to become a professional in the industry. Pat’s upbringing was marked by the contrast between his family’s approach to finance and his own aspirations. While his parents, like many of their generation, focused on saving and safeguarding their money due to the shadow of the Great Depression, Pat saw the potential for growth through prudent investing. When his father decided to entrust him with his investment funds, this experience solidified his belief that many people are apprehensive about the world of finance, and his mission became clear: to provide a non-threatening, educational approach to financial planning.
Many of Pat’s clients are like his own parents, hardworking individuals who prioritize saving for a rainy day but may not know how to grow their wealth effectively. Pat believes in a balanced approach, emphasizing both protection and growth through RPOA’s Invest and Protect strategy. For him, it’s not just a job; it’s a mission to provide a lifeline to those who may have never received such guidance before.
