Natalie Chandler

Background & Family Life

Natalie grew up in Western New York and misses the Buffalo wings, but not the Buffalo snow. Though she’s left behind the snow, she’s carried with her the warmth of her upbringing and the values instilled in her by her roots. But Natalie does not feel it’s just the memories of buffalo wings and snowy days that define her—it is also her commitment to family, her 22+ years of service to her clients, and her experience with life transitions that she believes make her a more compassionate and loyal professional.

She and her husband have five children, elementary through college age, who fill their home with laughter, school projects, sporting events, and music. Natalie demonstrates her commitment to ethical professionalism through her volunteer work as a Hearing Panel Volunteer for the CFP® Disciplinary and Ethics Commission and her affiliation with the Texas Bar Association.

“Natalie Chandler is a dedicated retirement planner whose work ethic is unsurpassed. Her unwavering commitment to RPOA clients is evidenced by the heartfelt empathy she demonstrates as she helps them navigate each phase of their retirement journey. Natalie can always be counted on to have the answers to the most complex questions, and her loyalty to her profession is just exceptional.”

Business Philosophy

Drawing inspiration from Ayn Rand’s words, “I can accept anything, except what seems to be the easiest for most people: the half-way, the almost, the just-about, the in-between,” Natalie says she refuses to settle for anything less than extraordinary, both in her personal life and her professional endeavors. But it’s not just about numbers and financial strategies for Natalie. For her, it’s about guiding her clients through significant life transitions with a blend of diligent research, compassion, and collaboration. To her, the road to retirement is not just a destination but a journey filled with incremental steps, and her goal is to walk alongside her clients every step of the way. Natalie often tells her clients, “My job is to worry for you, and guide you through the process.”
