Background & Family Life
Born and raised in the small Texas Panhandle town of Pampa, Jad’s values are deeply rooted in family, and these values continue to shape his life and career. Jad’s family consists of his wife Grace and their two sons, Henry and Ozzy. As a busy father with two young children, Jad cherishes every moment spent with his family. Together they enjoy embarking on exciting adventures to the mountains of Red River, New Mexico, or retreating to a cozy cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Jad is a dedicated golfer. His love of the sport has already been passed down to little Henry, who loves emulating his father’s golfing skills by running around the house swinging his miniature golf clubs.
“Jad McGuire is a dedicated retirement planner with a sincere passion for helping others enjoy their well-deserved retirement. Over the years, I have watched Jad treat RPOA clients like family, which is a genuine and charming reflection of his small-town roots and family values."

Business Philosophy
Jad’s passion for helping people navigate the complexities of financial planning is the driving force behind his career as a retirement planner. With a decade of experience working closely with clients, he strives to always understand each client’s unique goals and the challenges they face as they approach retirement. Having studied financial planning with the goal of making a difference in people’s lives, Jad is committed to assisting individuals who have worked throughout their lives and now seek a comfortable retirement.
In Jad’s eyes, knowledge is paramount in his field. Just as he relies on a doctor to be a doctor and a dentist to be a dentist, his goal is for clients to be able to rely on him to be knowledgeable and have the ability to offer the best advice and guidance possible.
Jad says he cherishes the relationships he builds with his clients. Providing them with clear and understandable explanations of complex financial matters is his top priority. Jad takes pride in translating financial concepts into practical and actionable steps for his clients, with the goal helping them make informed financial decisions.
As he guides his clients towards their second childhood without parental supervision, Jad hopes his clients can have financial peace of mind.
