Business Philosophy

David Mott says his journey has been about his dedication, service, and his commitment to helping others plan for their financial futures. After 6 years of service in both the US Army and the Army National Guard, David transitioned to the financial realm. This move marked the inception of his enduring passion for helping individuals plan for their financial legacies.

David’s journey into the realm of retirement planning was informed by his background in accounting and his desire to help individuals navigate the financial uncertainties that arose during tumultuous times. Between 2006 and 2010, David witnessed numerous individuals reluctantly returning to the workforce due to unforeseen financial hardships. This eye-opening experience ignited his mission to be part of a financial firm like RPOA that prioritizes the protection of principle as much as, if not more than, the pursuit of growth.
