Cody is a native Texan, born and raised in the Dallas area. Cody’s commitment to his clients is matched only by his love for family, friends, and a few cherished hobbies that paint the canvas of his life. Beyond the office doors, Cody finds solace in the company of his loved ones. Whether he’s sharing tales around the dinner table, laughing with nieces and nephews, or embarking on adventures with his loyal Brittany Spaniel, Nash, Cody’s family-focused values radiate through his interactions. A man of diverse interests, Cody enjoys traveling, hunting, and watersports. An avid traveler, he finds joy in exploring new horizons, but equally relishes the familiar comfort of his East Dallas home.
Business Philosophy
With empathy and a touch of humor, Cody guides his clients through the life-altering transition from the workforce to the world of retirement. Cody’s believes his philosophy is simple yet profound – to nurture a seamless passage to the fulfilling and serene expanse of retirement.
His journey with RPOA began as an intern at the Oklahoma City office, meticulously handling data entry while pursuing his college education. This immersion planted the seeds of his passion for simplifying complex financial concepts into relatable wisdom for his clients.
As the years flowed, Cody’s growth mirrored that of RPOA’s. Since 2014, he’s worn multiple hats, learning the nuances of the industry from the ground up. Cody’s work to launch Moraif Insurance Group (MIG) in 2019 led to the establishment of RPOA Cares in 2021. Transitioning from MIG to his true passion in 2021 – the art of financial planning – Cody finds deep personal enrichment in his daily work of helping clients achieve their retirement goals.

Prior Business Experience
Cody began his career in financial services at NYLIFE Securities LLC, a registered broker-dealer and subsidiary of New York Life. In 2019, Cody started Moraif Insurance Group, RPOA’s insurance agency where he worked directly with RPOA’s Retirement Planners and clients to review their unique insurance needs as part of their personalized financial plan.
